NOTICE OF HEARING
LEXINGTON PUBLIC SCHOOLS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Education of School District No. 1 of Lexington, Nebraska, will convene at 7:00 pm on the 12th day of July, 2021, at City Council Chambers located at 406 E 7th Street in Lexington, Nebraska, in Lexington, Nebraska, for the purpose of receiving public testimony concerning the District’s draft “Plan for Safe Return” to school in the event of a future COVID outbreak. The draft can be viewed at https://www.lexschools.org/plan-for-safe-return/. The meeting is open to the public and a meeting agenda, kept continuously current, is readily available for public inspection at the office of the Superintendent of Schools, at 300 South Washington Street in Lexington.
