LHS Lifters of the Year – Lexington Public Schools

Congratulations to Dylan and Maddi!

Announcement: Dylan Richman and Madison Sutton have been named Male and Female Lifter of the Year for the Lexington High School Strength and Conditioning Program. These two will receive a plaque and their name will be placed on the Lifter of the Year board that hangs outside the weight room.

History on the Award: This award started in the 2005-2006 school year when Phil Truax was the football coach. This award was awarded to only football players until the 2009-2010 school year when we started awarding it to one boy and one girl athlete.
