This quote from Confucius is a great reminder to never stop… never stop learning and never stop growing. Physical Science studies matter. First semester we focused on how that matter reacts and second semester we are currently focusing on how that matter moves.
In my Physical Science class, we have focused on the basics of Physics: Motion, Forces & Energy. These are the big ideas that we will be following as we explore more on the concept of matter! We have spent the last quarter learning how motion and forces work together and we will be looking at how those forces can cause energy to occur.
In my Applied Science class, we have looked at the human body. We are digging into each system of the body and have learned a lot in such a short period of time. We have talked about the Integumentary system, Skeletal system, Muscular system & Nervous system. We are excited to learn about the Circulatory system, Respiratory system, Digestive system & Urinary system.
I have been blessed to be here at LHS and have enjoyed so many students and staff that have crossed my path!
