We see geometry in our world every day, whether in naturally occurring phenomena or something created by individuals. The study of geometry supports students in being able to broaden their understanding of mathematics through critiquing and understanding their world and exploring the wonder, joy, and beauty of mathematics. Students in the Geometry class had a very good experience as they explored circle geometry theorems; proving them using technology and relating them to their world. The students are currently working on a research project in which they will identify the use of circle theorems in real life. The world wouldn’t be so beautiful without Geometry!!!
