The French III class did get to complete their cooking projects this year, but because of the pandemic they did all the work at home and all the test tasting at home. Their projects were a wide range of French recipes including Crème Brulée, French Onion Soup, and Chocolate Mousse to name a few. I am including the recipe for a couple of them.
