Western Regional Science Fair

The students in Biology Honors presented at the Western Regional Science Fair at NCTA today. Out of 100 entries there were 2 projects by LHS students selected out of the top 10 senior projects that moved to the final round of judging.

Those projects were by Eduardo Duarte and Jose Espinoza, and Umayma Abdi and Paola Ortiz.

Six projects were selected out of the final round and qualified for State Science Fair in Lincoln.

The project by Paola and Umayma was one of the State Qualifiers.
