Dance can be a very effective tool as it teaches body awareness, body control, agility, balance and rhythm.  Depending on the movement pattern the human body needs to perform, all of these come into play at some point so learning to dance can have an impact on performance.  On Monday, Beginning Strength and Conditioning classes had the opportunity to take part in a dance lesson taught by Mr. Bell.  By the end of the class they were able to perform the “Cowboy Charleston” and in the end learned better body awareness, body control, agility, balance and rhythm!  Thank you Mr. Bell for your time!
