In light of recent events, I would seriously encourage students to spend some of their time at home reading a good book and exercising their minds. In fact, read many good books. We can all get through this new experience of having to stay at home. But we must take some of our time to educate ourselves through good books since we cannot be together in school.
Many museums are offering virtual tours to see their art. Take time to find out about a museum and all that is housed there. I have included a picture of one of the greatest museums in Paris, the Louvre.
I will miss my French students and my Foundations students immensely, and I hope and pray that they remain healthy and we can be back in school soon. Take the time, read that book and learn what you can while we are away.
