Assessments are done at the beginning of each school year to assess where all Beginning and Advanced Strength and Conditioning students are entering the class in movement ability, force absorption and force production ability. This information is used to help set each Advanced Strength and Conditioning student’s program for the first part of the school year. Beginning Strength and Conditioning students have the opportunity to learn from Advanced Strength and Conditioning during the assessment period as they have their movement ability assessed and analyzed by the Advanced Strength and Conditioning students they are grouped with. These assessments are done two times per semester to assess growth in movement ability, force absorption and production. We are excited to see the growth from all students throughout the school year.
