NOTICE OF HEARING
LEXINGTON PUBLIC SCHOOLS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an American Civics Committee Meeting of the Board of Education, School District No. 1 of Lexington, Nebraska, will convene at 7:00 pm on the 8th day of February, 2021, at City Council Chambers located at 406 E 7th Street in Lexington, Nebraska, in Lexington, Nebraska, for the purpose of receiving public testimony and taking necessary action concerning the district’s possible adoption of 4th and 6th-8th grades social studies materials for 2021-2022. The meeting is open to the public and a meeting agenda, kept continuously current, is readily available for public inspection at the office of the Superintendent of Schools, at 300 South Washington Street in Lexington.
