iPad Checkout Information for 7th & 8th Grade Students

Lexington Middle School (7th and 8th grade ONLY) rollout will occur at the middle school cafeteria on Monday, August 5th, and Tuesday, August 6th from 8am to 4pm.

-Bring a parent or guardian to fill out the required forms

-All outstanding fines will need to be paid

-Prepayments can be made online (Must bring receipt showing proof of payment)

-Cash and Check payments can be made during pickup

*Forms will be available at the Middle School.

**6th Graders and NEW students will checkout iPads at a later date**
