Technology can be a useful tool and in the weight room, it is a very useful tool. We use iPad’s daily to view weight lifting programs but many times use iPad’s to help improve movement and technique.  Take these two seated box jumps for instance. We can learn a lot about these two jumps by breaking them down frame by frame.  We can see quickness off the box, where power is being produced effectively and what we need to clean up in technique to produce more power and how force is absorbed in the landing.  We are thankful in the PE Department for the technology tools readily available for us to use to help our students improve on a daily basis.
