This month is Adaptive PE we have been super busy. We have been working on movement every day they come and run and stretch. To work on movement we have played music dots doing different motions like walking, running, jumping, leaping, etc. We also have been walking the track for exercise. For volleyball we spend all week working on skills like serving and passing. On Friday, we brought a class in to play with us in a game. Everyone had a blast. For board games we learn new board games we can play with our family at home. Some of the game are LIFE, SORRY, TROUBLE, etc. To finish the class we work on our breathing where we breathe in 3 seconds and breathe out for 3 seconds. Class is going great for this group of students and we are excited to see what the year holds.
