Quarter 1 Has Flown By!

October 26, 2017

6th graders learned about strong family traits and basic child care. They did a great job caring for the egg babies and working through the baby stations.

7th graders were very busy in the kitchen. They used some old flour to make play dough for Shining Star Preschool. The preschoolers made planets out of it! For the first time each group of students made a healthy freezer meal and we are giving those to a teacher battling cancer.  Finally, each group competed in our quarterly cupcake war challenge. So delicious!

8th graders excelled at threading the sewing machine and embroidering. They completed their final pillow projects!
