Health Class

April 7, 2015

It is hard to believe that it is fourth quarter and that we have almost completed 2014-2015 school year.

Through out the course of the year, I have gotten the opportunity to work with your child(ren) and really have enjoyed everyone of them.  There are always times when you don’t see the best effort or their highest potential but the growth that I get to see of your child (ren) in the three years that they are at Lexington Middle School is amazing.

We continue to work on their Decision Making, Goal Setting, Character Traits and best of all listen to the students about topics that interest them.  After Easter, Sixth graders will be getting ready to start their foods unit, Seventh graders will get ready to start their Systems of the Body projects and Eighth graders will be starting their Teen Issue projects.  Seventh and Eighth graders will spend a week up in the library where Mrs. Gustafson guides and helps them with there research.  What a help she has been.  Please be asking your child(ren) about their project(s) because I have seen many outstanding projects and you should be proud of their accomplishments.

You are welcome to stop anytime.
