ELDA Testing

March 4, 2015

Students listed as ELL are required by the state to take the ELDA test, which is used to measure their English abilities. The ELDA has 4 parts-reading, writing, listening, and speaking. For LMS, the testing took place this week. It took 3 days, with over 150 students tested. The longest part was the speaking session, where the proctors had to sit down with each student and ask them questions. Hopefully, when the results come back (albeit after several months), it will show that all have improved.
