New Foods Class at LHS

In an effort to help English Language Learners have a more varied school day, LHS is rotating students into some elective classes.  A basic Foods class is one of these.  The classes will meet for nine weeks and will be Co-taught.  Basic kitchen safety, safe food handling skills and kitchen equipment will fill the first few weeks.  Labs will include muffins, basic cookies, brownies, egg recipes, breakfasts and cupcakes.  The class is Co-taught by Norma Malcom and Barb Gydesen.
