Story Elements--'Graffiti Wall'
October 15, 2012
Students in Mr. Jilka's English 1 CT class are reinforcing their understanding of story elements by creating an individual graffiti wall based on the novel Speak by Laurie Anderson. This visual representation requires students to design a colorful display that looks like a wall that has been tagged with significant parts of the story. Symbols and pictures are encouraged to represent characters and character development, conflict, points of view, plot and theme.
