American Government
October 30, 2012
For the past week my American Government CT class has been studying the executive branch of government. With the election quickly approaching, we have been able to tie our class discussions with what the candidates have stated during the debates. The class has watched selected portions of the first two debates in class and have been comparing not only what each candidate has said, but also how they have dressed, how they have handled themselves, and how they have interacted with each other. Using what they have learned from watching the debates and from information that they will be gathering at the beginning of next week, the students will be creating podcasts where they will be stating their argument why one candidate should be supported over the other.
