Power packed piece of pizza!

What is your daily requirement of vegetables?  The Foods I class at the high school is studying Nutrition and have learned that generally they need 2 ½ cups of vegetables per day.  They've learned that dark green leafy vegetables are loaded with Vitamin A and Vitamin A helps with all body processes.  To ensure that they got a good share of vegetables this week the students prepared Veggie Pizza.  The pizza consists of a crust made with reduced fat crescent rolls and a cream cheese filling made with low fat cream cheese, low fat mayonnaise and dry ranch dressing mix.  The pizza was topped off with broccoli, cauliflower, peppers, carrots and cheese.  This recipe is served cold and some were hesitant to try it but after a bite they thought it was very tasty.  Many of the students tried heating their piece in the microwave but then agreed, cold was better.
