Laptop Pickup

Attention Parents of Students in Grades 7-12

Students can pick up their laptops on Friday, August 3rd and Monday, August 6^th, 2012.

The High School and Middle School will be accepting Laptop Insurance Forms along with the $50.00 Insurance payment on Friday, August 3^rd and Monday, August 6^th, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. for students in grades 7-12.   

Students will be allowed to pick up their laptops during these two designated times. 

Signed Insurance Forms and the $50.00 payment must be turned in at the student's respective school during these designated times.  Please use the front entrance of each building between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. 

Students will only be allowed to pick up their laptops after the form and payment have been received during these two designated days.  Forms and payments will be accepted at the buildings after these dates however student laptops will be distributed after school starts on August 16^th.

After viewing the video, parents are required to complete the attached Insurance form and return it to your student's school with the $50.00 payment.
